Green cardamom is called ‘true cardamom’. There is also a white bleached version which isn’t as common. Its is also known as elachi or haree ilaayachee
Ayurveda uses Green cardamom in its detoxifying concoctions. There are studies that prove that cardamom oil can be anti bacterial as kill fungi too.
Well, you don’t have to go too far, a cup of good relaxing cardamom tea will make it all clear.
Green Cardamom come from plants that belong to the ginger family.
