Description
They have been mostly used in kitchens in south India, in Karnataka, Andhra or Tamilnadu, especially in the Chettinadu cuisine. ‘’Bisibele baath’ does not happen without the kapok bud. These buds have to be fried to release their fragrance. Kapok Buds have been traditionally used to treat diarrhoea.
